Whether you’re at a leadership crossroads or are seeking to increase your current impact, working with a personal coach can help you create a plan and stay on track.

The Executive Roundtable offers high-performance coaching in 6, 12 and 18-month programs. We focus on helping you develop the winning behaviours you need to be successful as you manage increases in scope.

We do not do “fix-it” or “remedial” work, but rather we help successful people become even more successful.

We work with a variety of carefully-screened coaches to ensure the right fit for you. Every coach in our roster is experienced and skilled in the area of leadership development.

Our Process

1. Initial interview: An Executive Roundtable (ERT) representative has a preliminary meeting to assess requirements and determine the coaching fit.

2. Coach selection: Your ERT representative will propose a “right fit” coach for your engagement.

3. Coaching engagement: You will work with your coach over the agreed-upon time frame. Your ERT representative will connect with you at key points throughout your program to ensure that things are on track.

4. Program conclusion: Your ERT representative will provide you (and any key stakeholders) with a program evaluation form.

All participants in our coaching programs receive a membership with The Executive Roundtable and can attend all our live forums and e-Roundtable sessions at no-charge during the duration of their coaching program.
