Executive Mentor Agreement

Mentors applying should be senior executives with a broad-base of business experience, and should carefully read and agree to the below Mentor Agreement as part of this application.

Role Expectations

I agree to participate as a Mentor with The Executive Roundtable, and to be matched with a Mentee by The Executive Roundtable. I agree that in this mentoring relationship I will openly share experiences that will assist in the development of my Mentee.

Time Commitment

I agree to provide time to this program over a 12 month period as follows:

  • Complete interview and orientation session with Executive Roundtable Coach
  • Dedicate time each month to meet with Mentee, related to agreed upon focus (1.5-2 hours per month)
  • Complete formal program evaluation

Confidentiality & Non Solicitation

I agree that I will not disclose any information related to discussions with my Mentee, without their explicit consent. I also agree not to directly or indirectly encourage my Mentee to seek job opportunities outside their organization during our program term and for a one year period following our match close.

Program Feedback

I agree to provide program feedback, as requested by The Executive Roundtable on a periodic basis.
