The Executive Roundtable is a learning community comprised of like-minded leaders. Complimentary membership is offered exclusively to mid-career individuals with a minimum of four years progressive leadership experience. If you are a vice president, director or senior manager interested in increasing and accelerating your personal leadership skills and impact, we may be for you.

We provide our members with the opportunity to join a community of like-minded peers and tap into a wealth of senior executive experience through both group and individual mentoring and coaching-based programs.

Membership Criteria

To ensure a high-quality peer-to-peer exchange, all members must possess a minimum of four or more years of progressive leadership experience, which includes managing a team of direct reports. Additional criteria include: size of organization (50 or more employees), scope of management responsibility, reporting level and personal objectives for joining the organization. All successful applicants will be notified verbally and in writing.

Application Process

Applications are accepted throughout the year. Individual memberships are offered on a complimentary basis to qualified individuals. Once your membership has been approved, you will receive a letter of welcome from our team.
