Glain Roberts-McCabe launched The Executive Roundtable after spending over 18 years rising through executive ranks in both the private and not for profit sector. At each change in scope, she found herself thinking "I could use a mentor". During ten years in management consulting and working as an executive coach to fast-track leaders, she heard the same comment echoed by her clients. Known for her passion and contagious enthusiasm for leadership, Glain believes that leadership is something you learn by doing... not by sitting in a classroom. When not reading, talking and debating the latest in leadership theory, Glain spends time with her family and enjoys photography and painting.

Catherine Smart brings over 25 years of business, coaching and entrepreneurial experience to the Executive Roundtable team. A graduate of the highly respected Coaches Training Institute, Catherine uses her passion for people along with her intuition and work/life experience encouraging endless possibility through discovery. As Director of Membership & Programs, Catherine is responsible for engaging with our members to create and execute high impact leadership events. In addition to her love of leadership and coaching, Catherine is an accomplished and avid sailor and enjoys spending time with her family in the natural beauty of Thornbury, Ontario.

Susan MacKenzie is our Leadership Advisor and Program Designer extraordinaire. Susan has first-hand experience in the joys of rapid advancement and, with her down to earth, practical approach, helps our clients create development plans that produce results. With close to 30 years of leadership experience across industries, Susan provides coaching and guidance to our clients on their individual and corporate mentoring options.

Teresa Rosati joins The Executive Roundtable team after a successful career leading large scale projects for one of Canada's leading consulting firms. Bringing an eye for detail, relentless customer focus and enthusiasm to our team, Teresa is responsible for overseeing our member communication strategies and marketing activities. An exceptional project manager, in addition to working with The Executive Roundtable Inc., Teresa runs her own successful project management business. When not juggling details, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family and developing her culinary interests.

Shannon Nedza is responsible for program management at The Executive Roundtable. Shannon ensures that our members have the information they need and that our programs and events run without a hitch. Shannon joins the Executive Roundtable team after managing client operations for a boutique leadership firm and brings a wealth of knowledge and organizational skills. Shannon graduated with distinction from the Royal Academy of Dance, Teacher Training Program at Ryerson. In addition to working at The Executive Roundtable Inc., Shannon teaches the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus at Interplay School of Dance in Toronto & The Pickering School of Ballet. When not working and dancing, Shannon is kept on her toes by her husband and daughter.
